Online Booking Deposits

Deposits are required for all sugaring services at our Avondale and Grey Lynn, Auckland locations. By placing a deposit, you agree to the terms below.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to secure your sugaring appointment. This amount is applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. No refunds or transfers apply.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours may result in deposit forfeiture.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.

Provider Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

Agreement

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Rebooking Promotion

Clients who rebook the same service within 2 hours of their appointment may receive 10% off their next visit when booked within 4 weeks of their original appointment date.

This promotion:

  • applies to the same service only
  • must be booked within the promotional timeframe
  • cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotional pricing
  • is subject to availability

Smart Pricing

Smart pricing is available on selected days and times at participating Sugar & Mila locations during off-peak periods.

Discounted pricing may vary between 5% and 10% depending on appointment time, day, and location availability.

Smart pricing:

  • applies only to selected appointment times
  • is available for a limited number of bookings
  • cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
  • may change or be removed at any time without notice

Agreement

By paying your deposit or booking a promotional appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Midweek Smooth Special – Terms & Conditions

  • Offer valid for appointments booked on Wednesdays between 10:00am–12:00pm Grey Lynn only.
  • Complimentary underarm sugaring is available with any full-price Brazilian sugaring service booking.
  • Underarm sugaring service valued at $40.
  • Offer valid for new bookings only and subject to availability.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, package, discount, or gift voucher.
  • Limited appointment spots available each week.
  • Rescheduled appointments outside the promotional time window will forfeit the complimentary underarm service.
  • Cancellation and no-show policies still apply.
  • Sugar & Mila reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.

Service Pricing – Terms & Conditions

  • All service prices listed by Sugar & Mila are subject to change without notice.
  • Pricing may vary depending on treatment requirements, appointment duration, product usage, or service customisation.
  • Updated pricing will apply at the time of booking or appointment confirmation.
  • Sugar & Mila reserves the right to adjust service pricing, promotional offers, and treatment packages at any time without prior notice.
  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotional pricing and special offers are available for limited periods only and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Promotions & Collaborations – Terms & Conditions

At Sugar & Mila, we may run promotional campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations with other businesses from time to time.

By entering or participating in any Sugar & Mila promotion, giveaway, or collaborative campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All prizes, vouchers, treatments, product credits, and promotional gifts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry.
  • Promotional prizes must be claimed and redeemed within 12 months from the official announcement date of the winner, unless otherwise specified.
  • Any unused prize, voucher, treatment, or promotional credit will automatically expire after the 12-month validity period.
  • Sugar & Mila reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
  • Collaborative promotions with partner businesses may also be subject to the participating business’s individual terms and conditions.
  • Promotions are subject to availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
  • Sugar & Mila reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

These terms apply to all promotional activity conducted by Sugar & Mila, including social media giveaways, collaborative campaigns, in-salon promotions, online competitions, and event-based offers.

Arrival Time for Treatments

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late will reduce your treatment time and may impact the effectiveness of your service.

If you arrive too late for your treatment to be completed in full, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

At Sugar & Mila, treatments are completed as scheduled as a courtesy to all clients.

Cancellation Policy for Treatments

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

No-Show Policy for Treatments

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, if you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited.

At Sugar & Mila, all appointments are reserved specifically for you.

Change of Mind / Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing or booking services.

All refunds will be provided where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Service Transferability

Treatments and services at Sugar & Mila are non-transferable and cannot be shared or moved to another individual or location outside of Sugar & Mila.
