  Soft is ultra-pliable and fluid—perfect for cool climates and proficient Sugarists. Ideal for larger sections like legs, arms, and men’s backs. Best used on maintenance clients or blended with Medium for a custom consistency. Seldom used on its own.

• Medium Sugaring Paste (750ml)
  Our most popular, all-round beauty room staple. Medium is ideal for all skin and hair types, and perfect for full-body sugaring—including Brazilians. Reliable year-round in any climate, it’s a must-have for every sugaring professional. 
  

• Firm Sugaring Paste (750ml)
  Your ultimate rescue paste for tricky situations. Ideal for beginners, Firm handles all hair types and body areas—especially small zones like the bikini or mankini. Designed to perform in hot climates and summer heat. Best used with a warmer and often paired with other pastes.
  

1.1 Litre Pail – Sugaring Paste (Medium)

High Yield • Economical Size

Made for professional use, this salon-size pail is perfect for high-volume treatments. Each pail yields approximately 30–40 Brazilian services, depending on your technique and whether your client is a first-time or maintenance client. Ideal for busy salons and treatment rooms. Comes with a sturdy, easy-carry handle for convenience.

Heating Instructions

Your paste may need gentle warming before use, especially in cooler rooms. Follow these steps:

1. Loosen the lid (do not remove it fully – just break the seal).

2. Place the pail in the centre of the microwave.

3. Heat for 15 seconds.

4. Check the consistency by pressing gently on the surface with a gloved finger or spatula.

5. If it’s still too firm, return to the microwave for an additional 5-second burst.

6. Repeat in 5-second intervals until you reach your desired softness.

Important: Never microwave with the lid sealed. Always check the paste between heating intervals to avoid overheating.

Heating & Refill Instructions

Your sugar needs to be warmed before pouring so it flows smoothly. Choose one of the methods below:

Option 1: Boiling Water Method (Recommended)

1. Place the unopened pouch into a pot of boiling water.

2. Heat for 15–20 minutes until the sugar feels soft and fluid when you squeeze the pouch.

3. Remove carefully (it will be hot), open the nozzle, and pour into your sugar tub.

4. Let the sugar cool down before use.

This method gives the best pour and smoothest consistency. TIP: Its best to do this at the end of the day ready to use the following day. 

Option 2: Warmer Method

1. Place the whole pouch into your wax/sugar warmer.

2. Set to medium heat.

3. Warm until the pouch feels soft and easy to squeeze.

4. Open the nozzle and pour into your tub.

Note: If you skip the boiling method and only use the warmer, the sugar may be thicker and require a firmer squeeze to pour.

Option 3: Cut & Scoop Method

If you prefer:

1. Cut off a corner of the pouch.

2. Gently squeeze or scoop the sugar into your tub.

This is great if you prefer to work with sugar at a firmer consistency.

Pro Tip

Keep your tub slightly warm before refilling—this helps the sugar settle smoothly.
