Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracked courier shipping via NZ Post or equivalent.

  • Rural delivery may take longer.

Delays & Lost Parcels:
Sugar & Mila is not responsible for courier delays once parcels leave our facility. If a parcel is lost, we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the courier service.

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact info@sugarandmila.com with your order number. 

Cancelling a Shipping Order with us?

**Preparing an order carries a 2% restocking fee when it is cancelled.  

Do you ship overseas?

Yes — we ship to Australia.

Please note: international orders that are cancelled after processing will incur a 2% restocking fee due to the preparation involved.
