Before You Book
For the best results and a smooth experience, please arrive clean, ideally freshly showered for your sugaring appointment.
Appointments may need to be rescheduled if hygiene standards are not met.
A few important notes before your visit:
- New customers are required to complete a "New Client Intake Form" sent to you upon booking.
- Exfoliate the day before your service.
- Apply Silque Body Milk daily, but avoid applying it on the day of your appointment.
- You must inform Sugar & Mila if you are taking oral or topical medications, including those to treat acne, diabetes, cancer, heart conditions, blood disorders, bleeding disorders or anything that may affect your treatment.
- If you are unwell, please wait until you are well again before scheduling.
On Arrival
We allow 10 minutes between appointments to maintain a calm and private experience.
Please notify us when you arrive and wait for a reply before entering.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Sugar & Mila at least 48 hours in advance.

Sugar & Mila body sugaring services are by confirmed appointment only.
We are closed on public holidays.
