A Routine Membership is a monthly recurring payment plan that gives members one Brazilian or Manzilian sugaring service per month at a discounted rate.

Members also receive:

• 20% OFF additional sugaring services
• Monthly member-only perks
• Priority booking at participating studios in Avondale and Grey Lynn

It’s designed to support consistency, because smooth skin is built through routine—not random appointments.

Membership fees are charged automatically each month to the payment method provided at sign-up.

Please note:

• Prices are subject to change
• Any pricing updates will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated
• All membership and package-related discounts on retail products are only valid in-studio
• Membership perks and discounts do not apply to online purchases

Each membership includes one Brazilian or Manzilian sugaring service per month, depending on your chosen plan.

Key details:

• One service per billing cycle
• A maximum of one rollover service is allowed at any time
• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

Consistency is the goal—your skin does better when your routine stays on track.

Memberships may be canceled at any time, however cancellation will take effect after the next billing cycle.

This means:

• You will continue to receive membership benefits until your next billing date
• Cancellation requests must be made in person at your Sugar & Mila studio or via email to the studio directly
• Failure to complete payment for one billing cycle will result in automatic cancellation of the membership

No surprises. Just clear terms and smooth communication.

Memberships at corporate-owned Sugar & Mila studios with multiple locations may be transferable between participating studios.

However:

• Memberships at independently owned franchise or licensed locations are non-transferable
• If you relocate or change studios, you will need to cancel your existing membership and re-enroll at the new location

Clients may purchase prepaid service packages of 3 or 6 treatments at discounted rates.

Please note:

• Packages must be used for the same service type (e.g., all Brazilians or all leg sugaring)
• Mixing service types within one package is not permitted

Packages are designed for flexibility with structure—so you can save without committing to a monthly plan.

All services, memberships, and packages are non-refundable.

Please respect appointment times:

• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booked service
• Repeated no-shows may affect future booking priority

We reserve time specifically for you—consistency and respect for scheduling keeps the system running smoothly for everyone.

Sugar & Mila reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Any significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-studio notification.
